SO this was Fox broadcasting the NFL yesterday.  Do you think they’re going to get slapped with a “wardobe malfunction” style fine by the FCC?  Oh wait, that’s right, the FCC lost that suit in court. The nude dude’s a tight-end.  The least he could have done is turned around so we could see whether it’s true or not…
